We may keep information for longer where a complaint, legal claim, insurance matter or legal requirement makes this necessary.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against accidental loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. Access is limited to people and providers who need the information for legitimate business purposes.
No internet or email system is completely secure. Please avoid sending payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary email, social media or WhatsApp.
11. Marketing
We may send marketing emails, text messages or WhatsApp messages only where you have consented or where the law allows us to contact an existing customer about our own similar services and we offered an opportunity to opt out.
You can stop marketing at any time by using an unsubscribe option where provided or contacting info@ibumarquee.co.uk. Service messages about a quotation, booking, installation, payment or collection are not marketing and may still be sent where necessary.
